Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing North-Star Equine. Every piece of apparel is made-to-order with our commitment to quality and elegance in mind. Please review our shipping policy carefully to understand how and when your order will be shipped.


1. Production and Processing Time

Because your items are custom-made, they require time for creation and quality checks before they can be shipped.


Production Time: All orders are processed and manufactured within 3–7 business days (Monday to Friday). This time is separate from the shipping time.


Order Fulfillment: We will notify you via email when your order has been completed and is ready for shipment.


2. Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times begin after the production time is complete.


Destination Estimated Delivery Time

United States & Canada 5–15 Business Days

European Union 5–15 Business Days

International (Rest of World) 10–25 Business Days

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volumes, customs, or other factors outside of our control.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of your order. You will see the final shipping cost before you complete your purchase.


4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.


North-Star Equine is not responsible for these charges. These charges are the customer's responsibility and must be borne by the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking number to become active.
